3. Payment Terms

• Payment for Services: Payments for coaching sessions and packages are due in advance. Payments can be made through the payment options available on the Website (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).
• Refunds: All payments for coaching sessions are non-refundable. If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full session fee. Refunds for digital products are not offered unless specified in the product description.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel or reschedule coaching sessions at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a full session fee charge.
• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule coaching sessions, provided the rescheduling request is made at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Preparation for Sessions: Clients are expected to be prepared for coaching sessions, having a clear understanding of their goals and any topics they wish to discuss. We encourage clients to reflect on their current challenges or objectives before sessions to maximize the effectiveness of coaching.
• Technical Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology to participate in virtual coaching sessions, including a reliable internet connection, audio/video equipment, and access to the required online platforms.
• Respectful Behavior: Clients must behave professionally and respectfully during coaching sessions. Any inappropriate behavior (e.g., harassment, offensive language) will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of Content: All content provided by Stoic Mindset Coaching, including coaching materials, digital products, and website content, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without our express permission.
• Client Materials: Clients retain ownership of any personal materials shared during coaching sessions. However, by participating in coaching, you grant Stoic Mindset Coaching the right to use any anonymized, aggregated feedback or testimonials in promotional materials.
